The IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) console lets you establish a direct connection to your dedicated server through a browser using HTML5.

You can use it to take KVM control (keyboard-video-mouse switch) of your server, mount an ISO image on a remote virtual CD drive, or restart your server.

When your server was delivered, you received the IPMI connection details. (IP address, username and password)

On the ECO dedicated server range, IPMI cannot be accessed through an HTML5 browser and is only available through an IP serial connection controlled from the command line. (Serial over LAN)

As a result, only our technical team can access this IPMI to assist you, for example with a forced restart or resetting your root password.
