We provide our customers with one free Drive Basic account, allowing you to store your documents in the cloud and access them from anywhere.

There are several ways to view and download your files:

- Through a client on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).

Drive is compatible with:

Linux

- Mac OS

- Windows (apparently some people still use Windows—yes, really!)

- Android

- iOS

- Through your web browser. (Safari, Firefox, Chrome/Chromium, etc.)

To install a Drive client on your computer, log in to the Drive interface:
https://drive.cloudvip.be
Click the small cogwheel in the top-right corner, click “Personal”, then click “Sync clients” on the right. Next, select the client for your platform.

Sending emails with large attachments

Our team has always recommended Mozilla Thunderbird for sending and receiving email. It is free, works on every platform, respects standards and is very stable. In short, the complete opposite of Outlook, which only half works on Mac, does not work at all on Linux, disregards standards, is unstable, and costs you an Office licence every three years or whenever you change computers.

Have you followed
our recommendations
from the beginning and already use Mozilla Thunderbird? Well done!

In that case, this will be quick. A Thunderbird add-on called “NextCloud Filelink” is available. Download it from:
https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/addon/nextcloud-filelink/

Once the add-on is installed and configured, you can add as many attachments as you like to your email. They will be uploaded to your Drive and a private download link will be added to the email.

When your recipient receives your email—more quickly, too—they will simply need to click the link to download your file.
